Call for Villages: OrangeCon 2025
We’re kicking off preparations for OrangeCon 2025, and we’d love for you to be part of it! Whether you’ve hosted a village before or you’re completely new to the concept, this is your chance to help shape the heart of the conference.

- Date: Friday, 5 September 2025
- Location: Meervaart Theater, Amsterdam
- Sign-up: No strict deadline, but space is limited, so the sooner you sign up, the better!
What’s a village?
A village is a booth of one or more tables that you can use to, for example:
- Show off a cool project
- Host fun contests or games
- Share your knowledge or skills with the community
It’s your space to create something awesome and connect with fellow OrangeCon attendees. Villages are the creative, interactive heart of the event, and we can’t wait to see what you bring to the table (pun intended)!
Not for commercial promotion!
Villages are strictly non-commercial spaces. If you’re a company looking to promote your services or products, we’d love to chat about our sponsor packages; just reach out to us at [email protected].
Non-profit organisations are absolutely welcome to apply!
